Marisol Rodriguez Basulto's primary focus is on all aspects of litigation that community associations face. She helps Associations design practical strategies and implement "best practices" principles into their operations.

She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator, and a qualified Arbitrator. Mrs. Basulto previously worked as a State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mrs. Basulto spent several years working in politics and government, including working for Florida's U.S. Senator Bob Graham and later as a Schedule C appointment in President Clinton's administration.

Mr. Robbins' primary focus is in the area of community association law and serving as general counsel on all Association matters including corporate governance, collections, enforcement of rules and bylaws, legislative updates, modification of association documents, contracts, and developer turnover issues.

Mr. Robbins holds the distinction of being Board Certified by The Florida Bar in both the fields of Condominium and Planned Development Law (2018) and Real Estate Law (2007), a title held by less than two dozen attorneys state-wide.

Mr. Robbins has a history of service to The Florida Bar, having served on multiple committees and in leadership roles, including as Vice Chair of the Condominium and Planned Development Committee of The Florida Bar's Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section from 2022-2024. Mr. Robbins also served several years on the Board of Directors for the Southeast Florida Chapter of Community Associations Institute, including as President from 2015-2016.

Mrs. Briley joined the Firm in 2016 and is a member of the Firm's Community Association Litigation department. She has vast experience in complex civil litigation matters affecting community associations, including breach of governing documents, breach of contract disputes, declaratory actions, injunctive relief actions, and defending suits brought by residents.

She has extensive knowledge of navigating the complexities of lien foreclosure actions and has a record of success. Mrs. Briley excels in negotiating settlement agreements and working closely with the Client to achieve a positive outcome.

Maria Fernandez Gomez is a seasoned transactional attorney with over two decades of experience in residential and commercial real estate law, corporate law, and creditors' rights.

Mrs. Fernandez Gomez has represented a diverse client base including lenders, developers, institutional investors, and corporate clients in a wide array of complex real estate matters. Her background includes experience with private firms, as well as working with Federal National Mortgage Association.

As a former solo practitioner for 15 years, Mrs. Fernandez Gomez operated a full-service title insurance agency and provided counsel on transactions involving the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and sale of residential, mixed-use, and commercial properties.

Edrik Bandez brings a unique perspective to community association law, grounded in years of hands-on experience in construction and real estate in South Florida.

Edrik currently maintains two professional licenses — as a general contractor and as a real estate sales associate — which he utilized as a business owner and contractor in the Miami Beach area. As a contractor, he performed myriad supervisory duties including quality control of construction, site inspections, creation of and adherence to safety programs, scheduling work assignments, and obtaining permits. While he continues to hold both licenses, his professional focus is now devoted entirely to the practice of law.

Edrik graduated in the top 6% of his class at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. His bilingual abilities and practical construction background make him a valuable asset to associations navigating covenant enforcement, construction defect, and real estate matters.
